A Human being is surrounded by many relationships in life.Like mother,father,sister,brother, uncle, aunt,son , daughter, grandmother, grandfather etc many more.
Each relationship has its own importance.One of such relationship is relation between grandmother/grandfather and grandson/granddaughter.
It's said that "grandmother/father" loves "grandson/daughter" more as compare to their own child.
"Interest is more likeable than capital"
I think, who have got time to live with grandparents,are lucky. I am one of the lucky person who has spent a very good time with my grandmother.
Though I was not able to see my grand father, I am satisfied that i had a very good grand mother. She is not here now but whatever time I shared with her, was a memorable journey for me.
She was 85 yr old. She had a paralityc attack before a year. She was in bed for more than one year. Like their generation she loved to make food and master in that. She loved to make food for others. She had good educational qualification as compared to girls of their generation.
She liked politics. Though she had problem of eyes, she used to read newspaper, specially
small stories and teach them to my cousin ( youngest among us) at age of 82. She was so enthusiastics for everything, she always try to adjust with new situation, new thoughts.
We all cousins loved to talk with her and used to share small things with her.
She is so flexible, we never felt generation gap between us.
She never made us feel that how much trouble she faced in early days after her marriage till to my father's marriage. She suffered economically, mentally as my grandfather expired, when my father was in college.There was no source of income , she managed in that situation so my uncles and aunty can complete their study with less trouble.
I request god to give peace to her soul!!!
